Our client based in the Robina area works within an exciting and ever-changing industry. Due to growth of the business and an internal promotion, the team is expanding and they are now seeking a suitably experienced Account Manager to join them in a full time opportunity.Your role will be a combination of office-based and on the road client account management and will focus on supporting existing clients as well as seeking new opportunities for growth within their accounts. We're looking for someone that nurtures relationships, builds value and has strong foresight to find the opportunity in each account. Whilst not essential, the role would be highly suited to a person with previous experience in either the energy, telco or strata /body corporate sectors.Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role will include:Managing your customer accountsNew business development from your existing portfolioLiaising with customers, retailers and networksSourcing additional leads and referrals from clientsAccount reviews and sending reports and information packages to clientsAttending industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends to the team.Email marketing, monthly newsletters, email updatesProviding input on tenders and customer proposalsEntering data into, and running reports from the CRMWe are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria:At least 2 years recent experience in an account management role is required with proven experience in managing a portfolio of clientsExperience within energy, telco, strata / body corporate industries would be highly advantageousTarget driven and the ability to identify new opportunities Excellent administrative skill with highly accurate data entry, spelling and grammatical skillsAn analytical mind and enjoy working with numbers and large volumes of data as well as troubleshooting issuesExperience with MS Office - Word, Excel (intermediate), Outlook and CRM'sStrong and professional written and verbal communication skills to interact with clientsA high customer service focus, strong relationship building skills and a positive attitude High organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines and perform under pressureTeam focused as well as being able to work autonomouslyOn offer is a competitive salary package plus commissions (uncapped) as well as company bonuses, a phone and laptop and use of a shared company vehicle. We are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria:

  • At least 2 years recent experience in an account management role is required with proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients
  • Experience within energy, telco, strata / body corporate industries would be highly advantageous
  • Target driven and the ability to identify new opportunities 
  • Excellent administrative skill with highly accurate data entry, spelling and grammatical skills
  • An analytical mind and enjoy working with numbers and large volumes of data as well as troubleshooting issues
  • Experience with MS Office - Word, Excel (intermediate), Outlook and CRM's
  • Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients
  • A high customer service focus, strong relationship building skills and a positive attitude 
  • High organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Team focused as well as being able to work autonomously
