Our client based around the Varsity Lakes area is growing rapidly and is now seeking a skilled administrator to join their team in a permanent part time role.The company is offering 25 hours per week initially for the role and also offers flexibility in your working days and hours to meet other commitments such as school drop offs etc. The role will also be an immediate start for the right applicant.The role would be suitable for someone with at least 3 years' administrative experience (intermediate level) and will be responsible for:Administration - Drafting correspondence, general purchase orders, file management, database management, assisting with tender documents and proposals, maintain registers and general administrative tasksAccounts - Supporting the Office Manager with accounts data entry, reconciliations and receivables follow upsClient services - Managing calls and email enquiries from clients and building a strong relationship with clients and key contactsWe are seeking a candidate that can work autonomously, has sound administrative and organisational skills, loves a busy and diverse role and has a strong client focus. Administration Assistant - Part Time
