They are seeking a skilled and versatile administrative assistant to join their team in a full time role supporting their daily operations and processing functions. An immediate start is also on offer.Your role will be responsible for:Administration - Drafting correspondence, submitting applications and completing forms for clients, general administrative tasks, stationery orders, file management, database managementClient services - Calling Council regarding applications, issuing permits, answering phone calls and email enquiries and building a strong relationship with clients and key contactsThe role would sit as a junior to intermediate level position and suit someone with around 2 - 6 years' experience in a similar role. We are seeking a candidate that can work autonomously, has sound administrative and organisational skills and a strong client focus.
