The Role

Working closely with the leadership team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and administrative processes using AI and modern technology

About You

  • Previous experience supporting a Director, General Manager, Operations Manager, or other senior executive
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and streamline administrative tasks
  • Professional, proactive, and highly organised
  • Able to work autonomously while building strong relationships across the business
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
