The CEO of NewBook, one of the fastest growing software companies on the Gold Coast is seeking an Executive Assistant in a newly created role for the company. NewBook www.newbook.cloud has received numerous awards in their industry for bringing an innovative product to the market and are going from strength to strength with a brand new office opening in a few weeks time in Bundall.Working Monday to Friday in normal business hours, your role will support the CEO's function with duties including:Diary management, setting up schedules and meetingsPlanning and coordinating travel, accommodation and car hireScreening of calls and emails as well as directing/managing responsesProviding full administrative supportChecking and reconciling expense accounts and associated paperworkOver time, becoming the central point of contact for the greater teamWe are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteriaPrior experience as an EA or PA is essential, covering the duties outlined aboveExcellent administrative skill with experience in data entry, filing, taking and screening callsExperience with MS Office - Word, Excel, OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent spelling and grammatical skills - this is a must as you will be managing correspondence on the CEO's behalfSelf-directed with very good organisational and time management skillsA fun and team focused personality with the ability to manage relationships effectivelyA current driver's licenceOn offer is a competitive salary package for this level of role and the opportunity to be part of a fun and social workplace that is continually expanding. 60000 AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast Bundall 4217
