Great opportunity for an experienced EA to support two Directors in a successful and well-established manufacturing company experiencing growth, located in the Arundel / Biggera Waters area.Working Monday to Friday in normal business hours, your role will support the daily functions of two Co-Owners / Directors of the business with duties including:Providing full administrative support including documents, reports, spreadsheets and file managementConducting research into grants and programs and working with assigned Consultants to implement ideas and strategiesDiary management, setting up schedules and meetingsPlanning and coordinating travel, accommodation and car hire Screening of calls and emails as well as directing/managing responsesChecking and reconciling expense accounts and associated paperworkAssisting with HR and Safety, record keeping and policiesPreparation of presentations for sales and production activities We are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteriaPrior experience as an EA or PA is essential, covering the duties outlined aboveSelf-directed with high level organisation and time management skills Strong research skills and ability to coordinate / implement projectsExcellent administrative skill with experience in data entry, filing, taking and screening calls, email management and databasesExperience with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent spelling and grammatical skillsA fun and team focused personality with the ability to manage relationships effectivelyA current driver's licenceOn offer is a competitive salary package for this level of role and the opportunity to be part of a successful company in an interesting industry. 55000 AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast Arundel 4214
