Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Testing new technology
Possibly training more junior staff members
Requirements for the role include:
General IT troubleshooting skills and be capable of installing diagnosing and repairing Servers and PCs without assistance
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows software, antivirus, and other software packages
Windows Server experience and some experience with virtual environments , Office 365 and cloud services would be ideal
Skilled with networking and hardware set ups
A technical, logical thought process with great problem-solving ability
The ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise your work
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
