This is a full time ongoing position that is a key role in the business and will provide you with further career enhancement into a full management role.You will be responsible for:Providing leadership and operational management to a team of DevelopersEnsuring the stable and sustainable provision of a portfolio of software platforms for clienteleLeading, managing and delivering on projects in full, on time and to budgetProviding deep technical leadership in software engineering best practicesAnalysing requirements and designing software solutions that deliver the intended business outcomesEnsuring team members are meeting client support requirements and managing level 2 support queuesManaging stakeholder expectations and demands and regularly gathering and analysing customer feedbackYou will need:Proven experience leading application software development and support teamsStrong knowledge of product development cyclesExperience with application integration technologies and methodsProficiency in:PHP, MySql, CSS3 and HTML5JavaScript and jQuery an advantageCustom CMS Atlassian products (eg.
