Due to growth of the firm, the team is expanding and they are now seeking a suitably experienced Paralegal to join them in a full time opportunity.The role would be highly suited to a person with at least 2-3 years' experience, that has the proven ability to work closely with clients, and has a passion and drive to succeed.Your new role will include:Assisting Solicitors with the day-to-day handling of files Collating and drafting documents, general correspondence and court formsLiaising with and obtaining particulars from clientsScheduling appointments and diary managementPrepare files for hearing-briefs, tender bundles, schedules, settlement documentsPreparing briefs to CounselConducting legal researchFiling, photocopying documents and general administrative tasksWe are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria:Strong paralegal experience File management expertise will be an advantageDemonstrated experience in court document preparation and general correspondenceExcellent administrative and IT skills with highly accurate data entry, spelling and grammatical skillsHigh organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines and perform under pressureTeam focused, with a great attitude and commitmentProfessional written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clientsOn offer is a competitive salary package, career opportunities and the chance to join an exciting, enjoyable and supportive work environment. 50000 AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast Southport 4215
