Our client based in Surfers Paradise works within an exciting and ever-changing industry. Due to growth of their business, the Directors are now seeking a suitably experienced Personnel Coordinator to manage rosters, travel and accommodation for the team in a permanent part time role. Working Monday to Thursday 9am to 4pm and Friday 9am - 12pm weekly, we are seeking a person with at least 6 months' experience rostering / scheduling staff as well as coordinating travel and accommodation requirements for them. Candidates from labour hire, nursing / healthcare coordination or similar roles would be well-suited to this opportunity however we are very open to candidates from other industries. Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for:Creating employee rosters to schedule field staff for clientsContacting and coordinating staff to attend nationwide assignments and communicating any changes or updatesCommunicating staff coordination, shifts and rosters between clients and Site ManagersUsing in-house travel booking software to regularly book field staff travelReceiving and processing weekly field staff timesheetsMaintaining clear and accurate filing of operations documents and proceduresAttending weekly operations meetings with Directors, taking notes and minutesGeneral administrative tasks relevant to the roleWe are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria:At least 6 months' recent experience in a similar roleExcellent administrative skill with highly accurate data entry, spelling and grammatical skillsSkilled in using rostering softwareTravel booking and coordination experienceExperience in reports and data analyticsCritical thinker with a logical approach to problem solvingProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookKnowledge of CRM systems and updating of databases would be idealFriendly and personable nature with a proven ability to work well within a teamProfessional communication skills to interact with clients and colleaguesA high customer service focus, a positive attitude and having a sense of accountability for your workHigh organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines and perform under pressureTeam focused as well as being able to work autonomouslyOn offer is a competitive salary package, career opportunities and the chance to join an exciting, enjoyable and supportive work environment. 25 AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast Surfers Paradise 4217
