What a great opportunity to expand your career in the property sector!Our client is a highly successful strata, property and facilities management company with a portfolio of prestige residential properties in and around the Brisbane CBD. Due to expansion, they are now seeking an Administration Assistant to support the functions of their property portfolio based at one of their prestige buildings in Newstead. You will also have the chance to grow your career by undertaking training to become a Property Manager, obtaining your Real Estate licence along the way.Working alongside a professional building management team, you will be responsible for supporting the operation and management of the property management department. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm with a rotating Saturday every fortnight (Sat 3-3.5 hours only) with time off given for the Saturday when worked.We are seeking a candidate that can work autonomously, has sound administrative and organisational skills and a strong client focus. Previous experience within the real estate / property management sector would be highly advantageous to your application.
