A new full time opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist / Administrator at a professional services firm in Bundall. It will suit someone that enjoys being the face of a good company and interacting with clients. The role on offer will also provide internal career opportunities for the right person.Working Monday to Friday and based in reception, the primary focus of the role is to provide administrative support to senior staff as well as undertaking general reception duties, data entry, mail, filing, answering and directing calls, setting up meeting rooms, making teas/coffees and cleaning of the office.We are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria:At least 6 months recent experience in a reception roleExperience within property, real estate or body corporate highly regarded but not essentialStrong administrative skill with accurate data entry, spelling and grammatical skillsExperience with MS Office - Word, Excel, OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clientsVery good organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and able to work under pressureOpen and friendly disposition that will engage with clients and make them feel welcome whilst also having the ability to manage complaints effectively and professionallyExcellent corporate presentation, maturity and a great, team focused personalityOn offer is a full time role and competitive salary package as well as the opportunity to join a stable, enjoyable and supportive work environment. 35000 AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast Bundall 4217
