Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team at their office in Southport. Initially the role is a 12 month contract with the opportunity to join the team in a permanent role beyond the contracted term.The role is a great opportunity for someone with at least 12 months reception and administration experience, that has highly accurate data entry skills, enjoys interacting with clients as well as daily administrative tasks. Working Monday to Friday during normal business hours, your role will include:Managing the reception desk, taking and directing calls and managing emailsData entry, database management and file managementGeneral ad-hoc administration tasksSetting up meeting rooms, making teas and coffees for guestsWe are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria:At least 12 months recent experience in a similar administrative or reception roleExcellent administrative skill with highly accurate data entry, spelling and grammatical skillsExperience with MS Office - Word, Excel, OutlookExposure to accounts systems would be ideal however not essentialStrong and professional written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clientsHigh organisational and time management skills to meet deadlinesExcellent corporate presentation and a great, team focused personalityOn offer is a competitive salary package for this role, free parking, as well as chance to undertake training in a role that could lead to a rewarding career.
