Most reception roles have you sitting at a desk all day every day. This role doesn't. What we have on offer is quite a unique full time role within the property services sector based in the Varsity Lakes / Robina area. We are looking for a versatile person that enjoys reception and interacting with clients and also enjoys jumping out from behind the desk to support the team as well as the owner of the group of companies. Working Monday to Friday and based in reception, the primary focus of the role is to provide administrative support to senior staff as well as undertaking general reception duties, data entry, spreadsheet management, mail, filing, answering and directing calls from tenants and contractors, sending invoices, stationery orders, setting up meeting rooms, making teas/coffees and cleaning of the office.
