We are looking for a professional person that can work autonomously, has strong troubleshooting abilities as well as an excellent understanding of electronics combined with mechanical knowledge. You will be supported with a mechanical services technician for larger repairs when required.Reporting to the Service Manager as part of the service team, your role will include a combination of service work, systems troubleshooting, repairs and installations. You will be highly skilled in identifying faults with electro-mechanical systems and finding solutions.Working Monday to Friday, we are seeking a candidate that meets the following criteria:At least 2 years minimum experience in a similar service role would be idealExperience with Automatic Door operation, door controllers, drive systems, electronics and mechanical assemblies would be highly regarded Electrical/electronics qualificationsA Fork licence, EWP and driver's licenceExcellent troubleshooting abilityA strong ability to read and interpret diagrams and an understanding of circuitsHigh attention to detail and pride in your workgreat communication skills and ability to build rapport with clientsA strong team playerThe role offers a great career opportunity for the right person, with a competitive salary negotiable with experience, paid overtime, a fully maintained service vehicle with tools and a phone.
