We are seeking an experienced accounts and administration assistant to join our client for a part time 3 month fixed term contract. The role is a maternity leave cover and may continue beyond the contract for an extended period. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled accounts administrator to look beyond a general temp role to be a part of an exciting company for a contracted period.Working Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm, some additional hours will also be considered.Your role will focus on accounts payable and receivable, general administration and reception and will include:Responding to calls, walk-ins and emails from clientsData entry, processing of invoices and reconciling of accounts payable and receivable into XeroGeneral administration and reception dutiesFile and database managementWe are seeking a professional candidate meeting the following criteria:Previous experience in accounts payable and receivableExperience with Xero is highly preferableStrong data entry skills with a high accuracy and attention to detail in your workSelf-directed with high organisational and time management skillsWell-developed written and verbal communication skillsThe role is available for an immediate start in a growing and successful local company.
