Our client based in Ashmore is expanding again. With a new, larger office coming in 2017, they require another full time Administration Support Officer to join their team. We are seeking an experienced administrator that can add value to the team. The role would be highly suited to a person with previous experience in property, strata / body corporate, legal or accounting firms. Working Monday to Friday, the primary focus of your role is to provide exceptional administrative services and support to clients and to provide back up to reception when required. Looking after a portfolio of clients, your duties will include typing of correspondence, emailing clients and committee members, accounts, budget reports and notices.We are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria:At least 2 years recent experience in an administrative roleExcellent administrative skill with highly accurate data entry, spelling and grammatical skillsExperience with MS Office - Word, Excel, OutlookStrong and professional written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clientsHigh organisational and time management skills to meet deadlinesExcellent corporate presentation and a great, team focused personalityOn offer is a competitive salary package for this role and the opportunity to join a stable, enjoyable and supportive work environment. 40000 AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast
