We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Director of a fast growing professional services firm based in the southern Gold Coast region.Working Monday to Friday in normal business hours, your role will support the Director's function with duties including:Diary management, setting up schedules and meetingsPlanning and coordinating travel and accommodation when neededScreening of calls and emails as well as directing/managing responsesProviding full administrative support including documents, reports, spreadsheets and file managementChecking and reconciling expense accounts and associated paperworkAssisting the Director on company and personal matters and ad hoc projectsOverseeing daily operations and acting on their behalf in their absenceWe are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteriaPrior experience as an EA or PA is essential, covering the duties outlined aboveExcellent administrative skill with experience in data entry, filing, taking and screening callsExperience with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent spelling and grammatical skills - this is a must as you will be managing correspondence on the Principal's behalfSelf-directed with strong organisational and time management skillsA fun and team focused personality with the ability to manage relationships effectivelyA current driver's licenceOn offer is a competitive salary package for this level of role and the opportunity to be part of a successful company with a great culture, making their mark in the industry.Your application will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
