Our client is a successful Gold Coast company based in Ashmore that supplies products to the pharmaceutical industry. Due to recent growth, they are now seeking a reliable and skilled Office All Rounder to join their team on a full time basis. They are seeking a long term employee that enjoys administration, has a vibrant personality and is customer-focused in their approach.Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for the company and will be responsible for:Customer Service/Sales Administration – Taking calls and managing email enquiries from clients; processing sales orders in MYOB; managing and purchasing enquiriesAdministration/PA – Email management; creating letters; data entry into MYOB for client files; manipulating spreadsheets; pulling reports; diary and email management for the DirectorMarketing – Creating flyers, newsletters, email campaigns through MailChimpAccounts – Raising invoices and sales orders; assisting with accounts payable and receivable; client account enquiriesWe are seeking a candidate with a professional yet vibrant personality who also possesses a high level of administrative skills. Previous Pharmaceutical product knowledge would be highly advantageous to your application, however is not essential as product training will be made available to the right applicant.The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:Previous relevant administrative experience (min 2 years)Professional approach with a high customer service focusStrong administrative skill with highly accurate data entry skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and WordExperience using MYOB (desired) however XERO or QuickBooks would be sufficientProfessional written and verbal communication skills to interact with key stakeholders and clientsHigh organisational and time management skills with the ability to follow proceduresExcellent presentation and a great, team focused personality 45000 AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast
