This is an exciting role working with new and innovative technologies, providing support to clients, learning how to create apps for mobile devices and integration with social media such as Facebook. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in server management and directly supporting clients regarding the system to obtain feedback on system improvements and updates. You will be fully trained in its use so that you can deliver great support and training to their clients. The role is full time with a 6 month probation period. Hours of work will generally fall between Monday to Friday 8:30am and 5:00pm however at times could also cover the hours of 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday to also ensure support for users of the system.
