A new full time role has been created for a Receptionist / Administrator at a professional services firm in Ashmore. It will suit someone that enjoys being the face of a good company and interacting with clients. The role on offer will also provide internal career opportunities for the right person.Working Monday to Friday, the primary focus of the role is to provide back up for the senior word processing administration officers as well as general reception duties, data entry, mail, filing, answering and directing calls, setting up meeting rooms, making teas/coffees and cleaning of the office.We are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria:At least 6 months recent experience in a reception roleStrong administrative skill with accurate data entry, spelling and grammatical skillsExperience with MS Office - Word, Excel, OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clientsVery good organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and able to work under pressureOpen and friendly disposition that will engage with clients and make them feel welcome whilst also having the ability to manage complaints effectively and professionallyExcellent corporate presentation and a great, team focused personalityOn offer is a competitive salary package for this role and the opportunity to learn in a stable, enjoyable and supportive work environment. 35000 AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast
