Our client is a successful holiday rental, 27 room motel based in Miami. Due to a change of contract, they are now seeking a permanent part time staff member to join their team. Your role will focus on housekeeping, attending to guest requests and public area cleaning within the motel.We are seeking a candidate that can work autonomously, has a strong guest focus, and is experienced in housekeeping and cleaning with at least 18 months experience in a similar role. Working part time from Sunday to Thursday each week for 6 hours per day (normal business hours), you will be responsible for:Housekeeping - Conducting a complete clean of vacated rooms, servicing occupied rooms, restocking of items and completing room checklists within designated timesCleaning - Cleaning of public areas to ensure that they are clean and safe for guests, reporting any maintenance issues and removal of rubbish when necessaryThe ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:Must have previous housekeeping and cleaning experienceA high attention to detail in your work, providing a high standard of presentation for roomsFocused on providing a high standard of customer service and a positive guest experiencePhysically fit to undertake housekeeping and cleaning dutiesGood communication skills to interact with guests and staffHigh organisational and time management skills with the ability to follow proceduresAbility to solve problems and make decisions Excellent presentation, motivated in your approach and a great, team focused personality 20 AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast
