Our client based in Burleigh Heads works within an exciting and ever-changing industry. Due to growth of the business, the team is expanding and they are now seeking a suitably experienced Technical Administrator to join them. Your role will commence in an administrative support role and will provide a direct career path into an Account Management role servicing business customers in an established portfolio.We are seeking an experienced administrator that can add value to the team and is also driven to build a new career. The role would be highly suited to a person with previous experience in the energy, telco or strata /body corporate sectors, has a strong customer satisfaction focus and enjoys working with data and helping their clients.Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role will include:Support - Providing support to the Operations Manager and Account Managers including running of multiple reports and preparing account reviews and bill validations for Account Managers; assisting the Operations Manager with the tendering processCustomer Service / Administration - Answering queries and providing a high level of service to business clients; data analysis and general administrative tasks for clientsCRM - Accurately entering data into, and running reports from, the CRM (SalesForce)You will also undertake structured training to build your career which will include:Account Management - Managing allocated business customer accounts; undertaking account reviews and checking consumption patterns; signing off on Account reviews on existing clients including bill validationsTenders - Learning the tender process; running tenders including proposals for large market customers; compiling data and reviewing submissions to award tendersWe are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria:At least 2 years recent experience in a technical administrative roleExperience within energy, telco, strata / body corporate industries would be highly advantageousExcellent administrative skill with highly accurate data entry, spelling and grammatical skillsAn analytical mind and enjoy working with numbers and large volumes of dataExperience with MS Office - Word, Excel (intermediate), OutlookKnowledge of CRM systems and updating of databasesStrong and professional written and verbal communication skills to interact with clientsA high customer service focus, strong telephone skills, a positive attitude and having a sense of accountability for your workHigh organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines and perform under pressureTeam focused as well as being able to work autonomouslyOn offer is a competitive salary package, career opportunities and the chance to join an exciting, enjoyable and supportive work environment. 45000 AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast
